Refund policy
Cancellations & Returns
You have the right to cancel your order before we dispatch it. Please note that order processing currently takes around 5 working days due to high demand, and we are shipping out orders as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are dispatched within one to three working days.
Our policy lasts for 7 working days from the date you accepted the delivery of your goods. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, we regret that we can't offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, including the complete original packaging. If the goods were damaged during transit, please send a picture of the damaged item to info@osable.com.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
4. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.
Sale Items and Special Offers (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items and special offers cannot be refunded.
**Made to Order Items**
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any MADE TO ORDER or personalized items unless the piece purchased has flaws in workmanship.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at info@osable.com and ship your item to: Fania B, Enterprise House, Ocean Way, Southampton SO14 3XB.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about your return.
Shipping

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
When shipping an item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for added security.
